摘 要:星载痕量气体差分吸收光谱仪是一种大视场天底观测方式的成像光谱仪,采用面阵CCD探测器。在成像光谱仪空间维的每列探测像元存在响应非均匀性,会在观测的遥感数据中引入仪器相关的高频光谱结构。星载痕量气体差分吸收光谱仪的像元响应非均匀性的校正需要考虑两个因素:光谱弯曲效应和大视场。基于此,提出来一种像元响应非均匀性校正方法。结果表明,光谱图像的光谱弯曲和像元响应的非均匀性得到了有效的校正,去除了光谱图像中的高频光谱结构。Space-borne differential optical absorption spectrometer is a nadir viewing wide field imaging spec-trometer,which adopts two-dimensional CCD detector arrays.The pixel response non-uniformity exists in each column of spatial dimension,which will introduce high-frequency instrument-related spectral structures in the measurement data.However,the non-uniformity calibration of space-born imaging spectrometer is difficul-ty due to two factors:the spectral smile effect and the large field of view.For this reason,a method of non-u-niformity calibration is discussed in detail.The result shows that the spectral smile effect and non-uniformity of full FOV image are corrected effectively,and high-frequency instrument-related structures in the measure-ment data are removed.
