摘  要:采用Microwave Studio计算了基于Ω结构异向介质的结构参数对介质异向特性的影响,得到了最优结构尺寸的基于Ω结构异向介质。功率透射和棱镜折射实验结果表明,这种异向介质具有明显的异向特性,且损耗低、带宽较宽。例如,每单元厚度插入损耗小于0.25 d B,有效带宽1 GHz,是一种极具应用潜力的异向介质。Microwave Studio was used to calculate the effect of the structure dimension of metamaterial composed of Ω-like metallic patterns on the left-handed characteristics. And the optimal structure dimensions of the metamateri- al composed of Ω-like metallic patterns were given. Both transmission and prism experiments showed that the opti- mal structure metamaterial have the obvious left-handed characteristics, yielding the reduced losses and an en- larged left-handed frequency band. For example, insertion loss per unit thickness was less than 0.25 dB, and the op- erating bandwidth was 1 GHz. So the new metamaterial was a treat application potential media.
