摘 要:针对超级电容器在串联使用过程中存在电压不均衡问题,提出了一种基于超级电容器串并联切换的均压电路。该电路仅由超级电容器和开关管构成,无需电压检测系统和复杂的控制系统,通过两组开关的开与断将电压不均衡降到最低。详细分析了该均压电路的工作原理,并采用6支额定电压为3 V的超级电容器串并联构成储能系统进行仿真和实验。结果表明储能系统在均压电路工作时储能效率提高了23%,验证了该均压电路的可行性。In order to solve the voltage imbalance problem when super-capacitors are used in series, a series-parallel switching equalizing circuit based on super-capacitors is proposed. The circuit is only made up of the super-capacitors and switch tubes, without voltage detection systems and complicated control systems, through two sets of switches on and off to minimize voltage imbalance. Analyze the equalizing circuit working principle in detail, and constitute the super- capacitor storage system using six super capacitors with rated voltage is 3V in the form of series-parallel. The results of simulation and experiment show that energy storage efficiency increased by twenty-three percent(23% ), the feasibility of the equalizing circuit is verified.
