摘 要:为了提高混沌振荡器的集成度以及频带宽度,提出一种新型的电流模式混沌振荡器。在文氏混沌电路基础上,采用CCII电路代替传统运算放大器,实现正弦波振荡电路,通过采用NMOS管将两个正弦振荡电路耦合实现电流模式混沌振荡器,通过仿真分析验证了该混沌电路的有效性和可行性。再通过仿真结果对比表明该混沌振荡器功耗更小、噪声抑制能力更强,由其产生的混沌信号在频带宽度、随机程度方面都有明显提高。In order to make the chaotic oscillator of a higher degree of integration and wide frequency band, a new current mode of chaotic oscillator was proposed. On the Venturi chaotic circuit basis, using CCII circuit instead of voltage operational amplifiers, a sine wave oscillation circuit was first achieved, and then the two sinusoidal oscillation circuits were coupled with the final realization of current mode by using NMOS chaotic oscillator. The experimental results showed that compared it with the traditional chaotic oscillator, the Venturi chaotic oscillator is strong in power consumption, noise suppression ability, the chaotic signal produced by it had been improved obviously in frequency band width and random degree, and more suitable for chip integration.
