摘　　要：提出一种基于测试基础上的新型多芯高速电缆的半实物仿真方法,首先测试多芯高速数传电缆的散射参数,然后对电缆进行半实物仿真,并分析在不同传输数据率情况下的眼图和信号质量。相比与传统的测试,本文提出的方法分析结果更为精确,对于高速数传系统中电缆信号的衰减和失真情况,以及电缆的选型起到有效的预估和指导作用,同时对高速电缆的电磁兼容设计提供有效的参考依据。A new method is proved based on the scattering parameter of high speed multi-core cable measured with network analyzer, and the Semi-physical Simulation is matle to receive the eye diagram at different data transmis- sion rate. The result can be apply to analysis decay and distortion of the signal through the multi-core cable at high frequency, and can extensively design for electromagnetic compatibility of high speed data transmission system.
