摘 要:采用滞环型恒流芯片和长寿命电解电容、导热管散热,设计了一种长寿命低纹波的96W LED路灯恒流电源。介绍了低纹波长寿命恒流源的设计方法及电流纹波的测量方法,测量了主要参数,并进行了理论分析。实验表明,电源功率因数0.95,效率85.5%,电流纹波17%,在90 V^265 V交流电压时电流稳定度为±0.5%,导热管使电解电容温度降低了11.9℃,使电源寿命可与LED匹配。A constant current source with long serving life and low ripple for a LED street light is designed by using a hysteretic-controlled constant-current-chip as well as long serving life electrolytic capacitors and heat pipes. The methods to design the constant current source and to measure the current ripple are introduced. Then the main pa- rameters of the source are measured and analyzed theoretically. The experimental results show that the constant cur- rent source has 0.95 of power factor, 85.5% of power efficiency, 17% of current ripple, and its current stability re- mains 0.5% under the input voltage ranging from 90 V to 265 V. The temperature of the constant current source is decreased by I !.9 ℃ through heat pipes ,which makes the life of the source match with that of LEDs.
