基于53届世乒赛裁判执法对江苏省乒乓球裁判员发展状况调查与分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等对江苏省各地区乒乓球裁判队伍的发展状况进行调查研究与分析。结果显示:江苏省各地区乒乓球裁判员分布不均衡,裁判等级差别大,男女比例不均衡,呈现男多女少现象,年龄结构基本合理,学历层次较高其比较良好,职业结构较为稳定,以大中学教师为主,运动经历"科班出身"的裁判人数较少,科研状况较为薄弱等。对此对江苏省乒乓球裁判队伍存在的不足提出自己的建议,意在促进江苏省乒乓球裁判队伍的快速发展。This paper uses the methods of documentation,expert interview and mathematical statistics to study and analyze the current situation of table tennis referees in various regions of Jiangsu province based on the 53 rd World Table Tennis Championship.The final finding shows that the distribution of table tennis umpires in Jiangsu is unbalanced and the differences among umpire＇s ranking are obvious.Besides,male umpires exceed female umpires.While the age structure of these umpires is suitable and acceptable.Their academic levels,to a large extent,are high and their vocational structures are stable for a majority of them are faculties in senior high schools or universities.Few of these umpires are formally trained referees so they are not well skilled in scientific researches.This paper puts forward several suggestions on the setbacks of table tennis umpires in Jiangsu province to boost the rapid development of table tennis umpires.
