摘 要:采用电子显微分析方法及X射线衍射技术等研究了"淬火+分配"热处理工艺(Quenching and partitioning,简称Q&P工艺)对60Mn2Si Cr钢组织转变的影响。结果表明,由于Q&P工艺处理过程中少量马氏体组织所带来的晶体缺陷,有利于非均匀形核,在促进超级贝氏体生成的同时还细化了组织;同时,由于碳在α相中具有高的化学势,引起产生自少量马氏体组织中的排碳,以及贝氏体铁素体形成时碳的短程扩散,导致残留奥氏体中碳含量有所增加,稳定性提高。其效果将会有利于改善超级贝氏体组织的强韧性。Effect of quenching and partitioning (Q&P) process on microstructure evolution of 60Mn2SiCr steel was studied by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the crystal defects caused by a small amount of martensite during the Q& P process are beneficial to the heterogeneous nucleation of bainitic ferrite, which can promote the tbrmation of super-bainite and Ihe refinement of microstructure. Meanwhile, the carbon expelling from the obtained martensite due to its high chemical potential in α-phase and the short-range diffusion of carbon during the bainitic-ferrite formation leads to increase of the carbon content and the stabilily enhancement of retained austenite. The strength and toughness of super-bainite microstructure could be improved by the Q&P process.
