摘　　要：针对265m2烧结机机头电除尘效果不佳的情况,分析了主要问题原因,提出了除尘器扩容、采用恒流电源、降低漏风率和声波清灰等4个方面的改进措施,明显改善了除尘效果.The effect of the electric dust collector of 265m2 sintering machine head is bad. Analyze the main reason and put forward four improving measures that are dust collector capacity expansion, constant current power usage, air leakage reduction and sonic cleaning device equipping. The dedusting effect is obviously improved.
