摘　　要：分析了电站锅炉炉墙损坏及耐火砖局部跌落、开裂、鼓包甚至导致炉墙坍塌等问题原因,采用新工艺、新技术、新材料,解决了锅炉炉墙易损坏的问题,保证了锅炉长期安全稳定运行.The wall of the power station boiler is liable to be damaged. Some problems occurred in the refractory bricks such as section these problems. In order to solve the failing, crack, bulging and wall collapse. Analyze the reason of damage problem, adopt new process, technology and material.Thus, a long-term safe and stable running of the boiler is guaranteed.
