摘 要:高校毕业生已成为当前我国城镇新增劳动力的主体,其就业已进入大众化阶段。层次、专业、地域、观念等因素造成的毕业生就业结构性矛盾依然突出。对比分析国内外就业工作机制现状,提出了促进我国高校毕业生就业的工作机制构想:落实政府主体责任,构建招生、培养和就业联动机制,加大就业服务与创业扶持的力度,开展就业工作预警,提高教学质量。At present,college graduates have gradually become the main force of new employees in cities and towns in China and they have entered the stage of popularized employment.Affected by factors such as learning hierarchy,professional,region and idea,it is hard to alleviate graduates employment structure contradiction in short term.On the basis of reviewing and studying the development experience of college graduates employment work home and abroad,this paper focuses on proposal of the conceptual construction of current long-term employment work mechanism for college graduates,which is to set up recruitment training and employment mechanism,to increase employment services and business support,to establish an early warning system for the employment,and to improve the quality of teaching.
