摘　　要：非营利组织是社会信任的产物,信任机制的构建贯穿于组织治理全过程,该文从信任委托理论和社会资本理论出发,以利益相关者视角探索非营利组织内外部信任如何运作,提出从制度信任、过程信任、文化信任三大维度构建非营利组织治理的信任机制,以期维持改善并巩固非营利组织的社会信任关系。The non-profit organization is a product of social trust, and trust mechanism works through the whole process of organizational governance. Based on commissioned trust theory and social capital theory, the paper intends to explore how the internal trust and the external trust in nonprofit organizations operate from the perspective of stakeholders, and puts forward suggestions of how to establish trust mechanism in three dimensions： institutional trust, process trust and cultural trust which maintain and improve the social trust in non-profit organizations.
