摘  要:根据双极晶体管电流增益倒数与中子注量的线性关系,基于最小二乘法,提出了先求平均值再线性拟合、先线性拟合再求平均值的两种方法来计算中子辐射损伤常数,并重点对其不确定度进行了评定,给出了自变量和因变量同时存在不确定度时的线性拟合方法。分析表明,两种方法的计算结果一致,但复杂程度不同,实际应用时采用先求平均值再线性拟合的方法更好。同时,还分析了不确定度评定过程中相关性产生的原因,给出了通过解析表达式判断相关性的方法。分析表明,应用协方差传播律,由相关性引入的估计协方差可以用独立参数的不确定度来表达。最后,给出了两种方法在实验数据处理中的应用。Based on the least square method and linear relation between the reciprocal of cur- rent gain of bipolar transistor and neutron fluence, the neutron radiation damage constant was computed with two methods:(1) first calculating average then fitting linearly, and (2) first fitting linearly then calculating average, and the uncertainty of damage constant was evaluated. Both of the uncertainties of the dependent and independent variables were consid- ered in the evaluation. The two methods achieved the same results, but the method (1) is less complex in practical calculation. The cause of correlation was analyzed in the evaluation, and the results show that, with the covariance propagation law, the covariance induced by correlation can be expressed by the uncertainties of independent parameters. The methods were validated in the evaluation of the practical experimental data.
