摘  要:采用电沉积方法制备了用作锂电池负极材料的锡膜,并利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对其表面形貌和织构进行表征。利用鼓膜法和数字散斑相关法,对锡膜的鼓包变形进行了高精度的全场位移测量。根据测定的薄膜压力及独立膜中心点挠度曲线,结合圆形鼓膜理论模型,实验测得厚度为125μm的锡膜平均弹性模量约为23.325 GPa。A tin film used for the cathode of lithium batteries was synthesized by using electro-deposition technique, and its surface morphology and crystal orientation were characterized by a scanning electron microscope and an X-ray diffractometer, respectively. A bulge test was carried out to measure the full-field deformation of the 125 μm-thick tin cathode with the aid of digital speckle correlation method. The elastic modulus of the tin cathode was estimated according to the recorded pressure-deflection data and the bulge equation of a circular membrane. The results indicate that the average elastic modulus is about 23. 325 GPa, which is in good agreement with that from other available data.
