摘 要:磁共振引导聚焦超声结合了磁共振成像定位、指导作用和聚焦超声的生物学效应,已经用于子宫肌瘤和骨相关性疼痛的治疗,在一些良恶性肿瘤、神经和功能性疾病的治疗,甚至在放射治疗和化学治疗方面也有广阔的应用前景。由于该技术具有无创、可重复和对周围组织没有损伤等特点,其适应症必将不断扩大,对现存的临床医学将产生深刻的影响。Magnetic resonance guided focused ultrasound surgery(MRgFUS) is a developing technology comprised of magnetic resonance imaging for orientation and guidance and focused ultrasound for ablation and other biological effects. MRgFUS was already suggested to treat patients suffering from uterine fibroids and bone pain, and preliminary experience of MRg FUS for tumor and neurological and functional disorders also showed excellent effects, even for radiation or chemotherapy. Because MRgFUS was a non-invasive technology that can be repeated for the same patient without injury, it will be a potential application across a spectrum of indications and will profoundly impact all aspects of the clinical sciences.
