品管圈活动在降低卧床病人下肢静脉穿刺率中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨品管圈活动在降低卧床病人下肢静脉穿刺率中的应用效果。[方法]成立QCC活动小组,确立"降低卧床病人下肢静脉穿刺率"为主题,通过现状调查、查找并分析原因,设立目标,制定并实行整改措施,对实施前后的效果进行比较。[结果]实施前(2014年11月—2014年12月)、实施后(2015年1月—2015年5月)下肢静脉穿刺率分别为40.6%,13.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=187.43,P<0.05);实施后的月穿刺率比较,差异也有统计学意义(Z=14.0,P<0.05);下肢静脉穿刺的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均提升(均P<0.05);进步率、目标达成率分别为68.0%、119.5%。[结论]QCC活动有效降低卧床病人下肢静脉穿刺率,有助于降低下肢深静脉血栓形成风险,同时规范了护理操作流程,提高了护士的专业技能。Objective：To probe into the effect of quality control circle（QCC）in the reduction of lower limbs venipuncture rate in bedridden patients.Methods：Activity groups of QCC was set up,＂reducing venipuncture rate of lower limbs in bedridden patients＂was established as the theme.The status survey was carried out to find and analyze reasons,and then the goals were set,corrective actions were developed and implemented,the effects were compared before and after the implementation.Results：The venipuncture rate of lower limbs for bedridden patients before（2014.11-2014.12）and after implementation of QCC（2014.11-2014.12）was respectively 40.6% and 13.0%,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=187.43,P〈0.05）.There was statistically significant difference in the venipuncture rate of lower limbs after implementation of QCC（Z=14.0,P〈0.05）.After the implementation of QCC,the theory and hands-on examination scores of lower limb veinpuncture were significantly increased（P〈0.05）.The progress rate and target yield rate were respectively 68.0% and 119.5%.Conclusion：QCC effectively reduced the lower limbs venipuncture rate for bedridden patients,helped to reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis of lower limb,and standardized the process of nursing operation,improved the nurses＇ professional skill.
