摘　　要：当LTE网络向LTE-A网络过渡时,传输承载网络需要从技术发展、投资成本、用户需求、LTE网络建设速度等方面进行统一的考量,以建成满足无线网络发展需求的优质网络。文中以A市网络实际情况为背景结合PTN网络接入层3种升级方案的投资成本情况,分析了传输承载网接入层演进方案的发展策略。When LTE is transiting into LTE-A, transport bearer network should balance technical development, investment cost, user demand, LTE network construction speed to build the excellent network to meet the developmental requirement of wireless network. In this paper, the investment costs of three evolution programs on PTN network access layer were discussed with the background of A city＇s actual case, and the developmental strategy of evolution program on access layer of transport bearer network was analyzed.
