医患诚信视域下医学生诚信教育的必要性及其对策

摘　　要：诚信对于医学生具有重要意义,它直接影响到患者对医者的信任和医患和谐。本文分析了医患诚信视域下加强医学生诚信教育的必要性,并提出营造良好的诚信教育氛围、构建学校-家庭-社会全方位的医学生诚信教育体系、建立健全诚信管理、评价、监督、奖惩机制等对策。Integrity status of medical students has vital significance for the future career of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying.It directly affects patients’ confidence in healers and the harmonious relationship between them.The paper analyzes the necessity for medical students to strengthen the integrity education,and puts forward countermeasures such as creating agood atmosphere of the integrity education,constructing an all-round integrity education system of university,family and society,carrying out diverse activities of the integrity education,establishing and perfecting management,appraisal,supervision and credit mechanism,etc.
