摘 要:螺杆泵由于其活动部件少,可靠性高,能适应一定量含砂、蜡的流体,亦能处理高粘度的流体,以及其它一些机械采油无法比拟的优点而应用越来越广泛,现已逐步从采油井应用延伸到了试油井。从螺杆泵的工作原理出发,分析了其在试油井中的适应性,并在葡平3,齐平5,齐平3三口水平井中进行了应用,对三口井的试油的数据进行了详细分析,对其的抽吸能力、工作制度调整、判断油井自喷情况、获得井底流压的情况以及更加真实求取地层产能的情况进行了详细分析,呈现了其优势与不足。Progressing cavity pump is more and more widely used. Because it has few moving parts, high reliability, and could be used to fluid with high viscosity, sand and waxy, and also have in- creasing incomparable advantage compared with other mechanical oil production. It is used from pro- duction wells to oil-test wells. This article analyses the adaptation in test wells based on the working principle of progressing cavity pump. It is used in three wells such as puping3, qiping5 and qip- ing3. Advantages and disadvantages in suction, system adjustment, well blowing judge, flowing bot- tomhole pressure and formation production ability are displayed by analyzing the production data of the three wells.
