大肚竹空中竹和正常竹叶片性状比较

摘  要:文章首次对空中竹进行了定义,研究比较了自然状态下大肚竹空中竹与正常竹叶片的性状。结果表明:与正常竹叶片相比,空中竹叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和MDA含量分别下降了10.5%、35.3%和31.9%;而游离脯氨酸、SOD、POD和CAT则分别升高了19.3%、61.6%、138.1%和1.1%;叶片叶绿素a含量与叶绿素b含量分别升高了12.4%和4.5%;叶片的RPMP降低了45.6%,RWC升高了7.2%,WSD则下降了30.4%。空中竹离体叶片保水力(失水率)低于正常竹,叶片失水率达100%时空中竹离体叶片需经24 h,而正常竹叶片只需14.5 h。The paper defined the aerial bamboo for the first time, and compared and studied the leaf characters of aerial and no-aerial Bambusa vulgaris ' Wamin' The experiment results indicated that, compared to the leaves of non-aerial ones, the content of soluble protein, soluble sugar and MDA in leaves of aerial B. Vulgaris decreased by 10. 5% and 35.3% and 31.9% respectively , while the content of free proline increased by 19. 3% and the activi- ties of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and eatalase (CAT) in leaves rose by 61.6%, 138.1% and 1.1% respectively; the content of chlorophyll a and b went up by 12.4% and 4. 5%, and relative permeability of plasma membrane (RPMP) and water saturation deficit (WSD) decreased by 45.6% and 30.4% , while the relative water content (RWC) rose by 7.2%. The water holding capacity (loss rate) of isolated aerial leaves was lower than that of non-aerial bamboo and needed 24 h to arrive 100% of the loss rate, while non-aerial bamboo leaves only needed 14.5 h.
