摘 要:提出基于能量流的风电机组能效性能分析构架,将能量流划分为风能吸收、机械能传递、电能转换3个环节,建立层次化的能效评价结构与风电机组能效特征指标库。提出D-S推理模型的风电机组能效性能综合评价方法,考虑风电机组部分能效指标难以准确确定的问题,实现从各子系统到整机的能效性能综合评价,并将该方法应用于国内某1.5 MW双馈异步风电机组的能效评价分析中。实例结果表明:该方法克服部分评价指标值不精确的影响,准确判断出机组能效性能状态,实现齿轮箱故障的初步定位,评价结果可为风电机组的性能优化与维修决策提供可靠指导。The performance analysis framework of energy efficiency for wind turbine based upon energy flow is provided,and the energy flow is divided into three links including wind energy absorption,mechanical energy transmission and electrical energy conversion. Meanwhile,the gradational evaluation structure and wind turbine characteristic indexes library of energy efficiency are established. Fully considering the vagueness existing in part of evaluation evidences,a performance comprehensive evaluation method of energy efficiency is proposed based on Dempster-Shafer( D-S) reasoning model and implemented from the subsystems to the unit. The method is applied to a1. 5 MW doubly-fed asynchronous wind turbine. Results show that this method not only overcomes the problem with uncertainty evidences but also identifies the accurate status of wind turbine energy efficiency performance and achieves the preliminary positioning of gearbox fault. Also,the evaluation results can be used as reliable guidance for the performance optimization and maintenance decision.
