摘 要:通过合成聚氨酯乳液,采用有机改性铝钼正磷酸锌为防锈颜料,制备了铝合金用水性聚氨酯涂料。探讨了桐油酸单甘酯用量、防锈颜料、颜基质量比和助剂的选用对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:在桐油酸单甘酯用量为20%(质量分数),以有机改性铝钼正磷酸锌为防锈颜料,颜基质量比为1.2时,涂膜具有良好防腐蚀性能,与铝合金基体间的附着力较强。A waterborne polyurethane coating for Al alloy was prepared by synthesis of polyurethane emulsion and using zinc orthophosphate organically modified by aluminum and molybdenum as anti-corrosive pigment.The effects of anti-corrosive pigment,content of tung oil acid monoylyceride(EAM),ratio of pigment to binder and auxiliaries on properties of the coating were discussed.The results indicate that the anti-corrosion properties of the waterborne polyurethane coating were good,the adhension between the coating and Al alloy was high,when the content of EAM was 20%,the anti-corrosive pigment was zinc orthophosphate organically modified by aluminum,and the mass ratio of pigment to binder was 1.2.
