摘　　要：阴极保护系统中,绝缘接头非阴极保护侧金属管段腐蚀穿孔是绝缘接头的失效情况之一,新疆某油田出现上述情况。通过对绝缘接头两侧短接显微组织观察、两端电势的测量,及现场实际工况的分析,揭示了非保护侧管段腐蚀穿孔的原因,并提出了合适的防治措施。It′s one of the insulating joint failures that the side without catholic protection was corroded,such a situation happened in Xinjiang.The causes of corrosion perforation on the side of the insulating joint without catholic protection were analyzed by observing the microstructure,measuring the potential between the both side of the insulating joint and analyzing the in-situ situation.Some suitable control measures were put forward.
