摘  要:采用积分球测试系统,测试在不同电流驱动下,倒装LED灯丝瞬时的光通量、色温等输出光性能随输入电流变化的规律,将灯丝点亮30 min之后,测试稳态下倒装LED灯丝的光学性能。结果表明,温度与电流成线性关系,在不同直流输入电流驱动时,倒装LED灯丝的输出特性有所不同且LED的光电特性受温度影响明显。因此,倒装LED灯丝的散热将会对其光学性能产生很大的影响。The output performance such as instantaneous luminous flux and color temperature changing with input electric current of the flip chip LED filament were tested under different electric current drives by using integrating sphere test system in this paper. Then its optical properties were obtained in steady state after 30 min of operation. The results show that the relationship between temperature and electric current is linear. When driving with different DC input electric current, the output properties of the flip chip LED filament also varies, and the influence of the temperature to its photoelectric characteristics is quite obvious. Therefore, the heat dissipation of the flip chip LED filament has much effect on its optical properties.
