摘  要:在Mazak Integrex 200Y车铣复合加工中心上,顺、逆铣干切和切削液条件下,取v=150、200m/min两种切削速度,采用涂层硬质合金S30T对TC4钛合金进行正交车铣刀具寿命试验。试验结果表明,当达到磨钝标准0.3mm时,在切削速度为150m/min时,顺铣干切和切削液条件下,逆铣干切及切削液条件下,切削路程都相差不明显,切削液对刀具寿命的影响不大;切削速度为200m/min时,顺铣干切和切削液条件下,切削路程相差明显,使用切削液条件下刀具的寿命延长;逆铣干切和切削液条件下,切削路程相差不明显,切削液对刀具寿命的影响不大。通过对比得出S30T正交车铣TC4钛合金时优先选用顺铣切削液加工方式。The test of tool life were done on Mazak Integrex 200 Y machining center,under two different velocities with v = 150 and 200 m / min,down and up orthogonal turn-milling TC4 Titanium Alloy with S30 T coated cemented Carbide tool under the condition with cutting fluid and with no cutting fluid. The results of the test show that the cutting fliud had little effection on the tool life when the velocity was 150 m / min,whether down or up orthogonal Turn-milling and with cutting fluid or witout cutting fluid when the wear standard arrives 0. 3mm. While when the velocity was 200 m / min,the tool life with cutting fluid was longer than that without cutting fluid,down orthogonal turn-milling when with cutting fluid and without cutting fluid. The cutting distance has difference. The tool life prolongs with cutting fluid. The cutting distance has little difference,when up orthogonal turn-milling with cutting fluid and without cutting fluid. The cutting fluid has little effect on tool life. By contrasting,down turn-milling with cutting fluid should be firstly considered when orthogonal turnmilling TC4 Titanium Alloy with S30 T coated cemented carbide.
