摘  要:针对高速切削过程中锯齿形切屑的变形特点,利用ABAQUS软件,对淬硬45钢的正交切削试验进行有限元模拟,并与前期试验结果进行比较。结果表明:有限元模拟与试验结果基本一致。随着切削速度的增大,淬硬45钢的切屑形态由带状形变为锯齿形;切削速度增大,切削力反而减小;刀具前角越小,切削力波动越明显且切削力整体变大。In this paper,aiming at serrated chip deformation characteristics in high speed cutting process ABAQUS software was used to simulate the orthogonal cutting experiment of hardened 45 steel. Compared with former experiments,the result shows that the simulations are consistent with the experiments. With the cutting speed increasing,the morphology of chip changes from continuous chip to serrated chip. The cutting force decreases with the cutting speed increasing. The fluctuation of cutting force is more obvious and cutting force becomes bigger overall when the rake angle is smaller. The smaller the rake angle,the more obvious the fluctuation of cutting force and cutting force becomes bigger as a whole.
