摘  要:分别在真空和低压下烧结制备混晶、细晶、高钴、高钛四类硬质合金,采用光学金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计、钴磁检测仪、矫顽磁力检测仪和抗弯强度检测仪等,对比研究了低压烧结和真空烧结的硬质合金的显微组织和性能。结果表明:对于混晶、细晶、高钴和高钛合金来说,和真空烧结相比,低压烧结均能降低合金的孔隙度,形成更均匀的组织,同时提高合金的密度和综合性能;低压烧结对合金组织和性能的影响程度和合金的成分有关,对于混晶和高钛合金来说,低压烧结对综合性能的提高较明显;而对于细晶和高钴合金来说,提高效果不明显。Respectively under the low pressure and vacuum sintering preparation of mixed crystal,fine crystal,high cobalt and titanium cemented carbide,by optical metallographic microscope,rockwell hardness tester,cobalt magnetic detector,coercive force meter and the methods of bending strength tester,comparative study the microstructure and properties of hard alloy by vacuum sintering and the low pressure sintering. The results show that: for mixed crystal,fine crystal,high cobalt and titanium alloy,compared with the vacuum sintering,low pressure sintering could reduce the porosity of alloy,obtain a more uniform organization,at the same time,improve the density and comprehensive performance of alloy;The influence degree of the low pressure sintering on the microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy bear upon alloy composition,for mixed crystal and high titanium alloy,low pressure sintering to improve the comprehensive performance is obvious; For fine grain and high cobalt alloy,the increase is not obvious.
