摘　　要：目的探讨等离子柱状电极内切开治疗尿道狭窄方法及效果。方法回顾性分析等离子柱状电极内切开系统治疗31例尿道狭窄患者的临床资料。结果 31例患者中,30例患者一次性手术成功,手术时间15~60 min;1例需二次手术;随访6~20个月,25例术后无需常规尿扩,测得最大尿流率持续〉15 ml/s,6例需定期尿扩。结论运用等离子柱状电极内切开治疗尿道狭窄,具有低温切割、掌握容易、手术时间短、术中出血少、术后尿道再狭窄机会少等优点,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate method and effect by plasma cylindrical electrode transurethral incision in the treatment of urethrostenosis. Methods Clinical data of 31 urethrostenosis patients receiving plasma cylindrical electrode transurethral incision were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 31 patients, 30 cases received successful one-time operation, and their operation time lasted for 15-60 min. The other 1 case received secondary operation. Follow-up for 6-20 months showed 25 cases without need of routine urethral dilatation, and their maximum flow rate 〉15 ml/s, while the other 6 cases were in need of regular urethral dilatation. Conclusion Implement of plasma cylindrical electrode transurethral incision in the treatment of urethrostenosis contains advantages of cryogenic cutting, easy operation, short operating time, few intraoperative hemorrhage, and low occurrence of postoperative urethrostenosis. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
