摘 要:造假技术的发展和天然羊绒随环境变化而变粗、鳞片变厚等人为及自然因素导致羊绒与羊毛的准确鉴别越来越困难。本文综述了近十年的检测鉴别方法以期为羊绒羊毛的检测鉴别工作提供一定的指导。显微镜法和计算机图像识别法以羊绒羊毛的外观为鉴别基础,主观性强,对鉴别人员经验要求高;近红外光谱技术数学模型建立困难,精度有待提高;PCR技术提取DNA困难;所以急需开发其它更准确的方法,而基于蛋白质组学的羊绒羊毛鉴定法,从蛋白质组成上对羊绒与羊毛进行区分,能更加客观、高效的鉴别羊绒羊毛,是一种极具潜力的检测方法。The development of counterfeiting technology and that natural environment lets cashmere coarsen and scale thicken, it makes cashmere and wool accurately identify more and more difficult. This paper reviews testing methods of the recent ten years for cashmere and wool to provide certain guidance. Microscope and computer image recognition method based on the identification of the appearance of the cashmere and wool, so subjectivity is strong and the demand of personnel experience is high; Near infrared spectroscopy is difficult to make mathematical model, precision needs to be improved ; PCR technology is difficult to extract DNA ; So it is urgently needed to develop other more accurate methods, and identification method based on proteomics of cashmere and wool distinguishes cashmere and wool from the protein, it can be more objective and efficient. It is a kind of potential detection method.
