摘　　要：研制了高能手持式激光诱导击穿光谱分析仪器，该仪器由脉冲激光器、光路系统、微型光谱仪、信号接收系统及工控机系统组成，仪器光源采用自主研发脉冲激光器，单脉冲能量100mJ，无需冷却装置。激光脉冲发射采用手柄按钮触发方式，满足不同硬度样品的分析。该仪器已具备量产的能力，特别适合于各种行业的现场快速检测，可以广泛应用于地质勘探、油气开采等行业的现场使用，完成对矿石样品等品性的快速筛查。A handheld instrument based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy （LIBS） is developed. It consists of pulsed laser, optical system, micro-spectrometer, signal receiving system and microcomputer. The pulse energy of laser in the instrument was designed up to 100 mJ without any cooling system. The laser pulse of the handheld LIBS is controlled by a push-button on the handle. It can analyze various samples with different hardness. The handheld instrument is particularly suitable for fast analysis, which can be widely used in field applications of geological exploration, oil and gas production, and rapid screening of ore samples in mining
