摘 要:为了探究羟基磷酸钙(HAP)结晶法应用于生活污水中磷回收的可行性,采用改性珊瑚砂为晶种,考察了晶种投加量、pH值、水力停留时间(HRT)、n(Ca)/n(P)和曝气量对HAP结晶效率的影响。试验结果表明:HAP结晶回收生活污水中的磷,不需要额外加碱调节pH,通过曝气吹脱CO_2而致碱度提高,足以满足HAP结晶对OH-的需求;HRT是影响反应结晶效率的一个较重要的因素,HRT越短,污水磷回收效率越差。室温条件下,当进水磷浓度稳定在3~6 mg/L,HAP结晶法回收生活污水中的磷的最佳运行条件为:pH值为8.3,水力停留时间HRT为6 h,n(Ca)/n(P)为8∶1,曝气量为200 L/h,改性珊瑚砂晶种投加量为83.64g/L。以上结果表明,以改性珊瑚砂为晶种的HAP结晶法应用于生活污水磷回收是可行的。In order to explore the feasibility of hydroxyapatite( HAP) crystallization method used in recovery phosphorus from domestic sewage,using modified coral sand as the seed,this survey investigated the impacts of dosing quantity,p H value,hydraulic retention time( HRT),the Ca / P mole ratio and the aeration rate on HAP crystallization effects. The results showed:HAP crystallization method used in recovery phosphorus from domestic sewage required no additional alkaline,and the aeration stripping CO_2 could increase alkalinity and met the needs of OH-; HRT was more important than the other factors affecting the reaction of phosphorus recovery,and the shorter HRT was,the lower efficiency of phosphorus recovery was; At room temperature,when the concentration of phosphorus in water was stable in 3 ~ 6 mg / L,the optimum operating conditions of HAP crystallization method used in domestic sewage phosphorus recovery were as follows: p H value was about 8. 3,and HRT was 6 h,Ca / P molar ratio was 8∶ 1,aeration rate was 200 L / h,modified coral sand dosage was 83. 64 g / L. The above results showed that the modified coral sand as the seed of HAP crystallization method used in domestic sewage phosphorus recovery was feasible.
