摘  要:介绍了一种新型的电凝聚A/O-MBR,以油页岩废水为研究对象,与普通A/O-MBR比较,考察了污泥驯化期反应器中的污泥特性和微生物种群变化,讨论了曝气量和温度对油页岩干馏废水中COD和氨氮去除效果的影响。结果表明:电凝聚A/O-MBR的MLVSS为3 243 mg/L,高于普通A/O-MBR的2 679.5 mg/L,说明电场和铁离子能刺激微生物增殖。整个驯化阶段的优势种群主要为有机物降解菌和异养脱氮菌。电凝聚A/O-MBR中生物多样性指数较高,且发现了与铁代谢相关的Fusibacter、Clostridium和Enterococcus,以及有电化学活性的Ferruginibacter等特有菌群。曝气量为0.2 m^3/h,温度为25℃时,普通A/O-MBR和电凝聚A/O-MBR能达到最佳处理效果。电凝聚A/O-MBR比普通A/O-MBR对低温的耐受性更强。A novel electrocoagulation A/O-MBR( EC-A/O-MBR) was introduced. Compared with the traditional A/O-MBR,we studied sludge characteristics and microbial quantity variation in the reactor during sludge acclimation period. The effect of temperature,aeration and reflux ratio on the treatment was also discussed. The results showed that MLVSS of 3 243 mg/L in EC-A/O-MBR was higher than traditional A/O-MBR of 2 679. 5 mg/L,which indicated the electric field and iron ion could stimulate the growth of microorganisms. The dominant species in each reaction cell throughout the acclimation period were organic degradation and heterotrophic nitrogen removal microbial. Biodiversity indicators were higher in EC-A/O-MBR than in the traditional A/O-MBR.Also Fusibacter, Clostridium, Enterococcus, which were associated with iron metabolism, and Ferruginibacter were found electrochemically active. The two reactors reached the best performance when the aeration rate was at 0.2 m^3/ h and temperature was25 ℃. The tolerance to low temperature of the EC-A/O-MBR is stronger than traditional A/O-MBR.
