摘  要:环境风险事故发生具有突发性和不确定性,以西北某芳烃抽提装置为例,通过源项分析、AERMOD模型不利气象条件筛选、标准的选取等对环境风险进行预测。确定美国AEGLs为评价标准,应用Risk System模型进行风险预测,预测结果显示敏感点1、敏感点2和敏感点3对应的不利气象条件下最远影响范围分别为474.2,511.7,101.4 m,均小于与芳烃抽提装置之间距离;区域最大浓度不利气象条件下最远影响范围为585.7 m。应用AERMOD模型筛选各个敏感点对应的不利气象条件,做出风险预测并给出影响范围,同时给出区域最大浓度气象条件下污染物浓度分布。Environmental risk accidents occurred with sudden and uncertainty. Taking one aromatics extraction unit in the Northwestern China as an example,the paper predicted the environmental risk through conducting the source analysis,screening adverse weather conditions in AERMOD,andselecting standard. The AEGLs was determined as an evaluation standard and risk system was applied to predict the risk. The results showed that the farthest influence range of sensitive target 1、sensitive target 2、sensitive target 3 was 474. 2,511. 7,101. 4 m corresponding adverse weather conditions,and both of them were less than the distance with the aromatics extraction unit. The farthest influence range of largest concentration was 585. 7 m under adverse weather conditions. AERMOD was used to screen the adverse weather conditions corresponding sensitive targets,predict risk and get the range of influence,and give the maximum concentration with the meteorological conditions as a reference.
