摘 要:为分析干旱胁迫下转基因大豆和非转基因大豆抗旱能力的差异,选用8个转BADH基因大豆株系作为实验材料,在干旱胁迫处理下,研究转基因大豆叶片中BADH基因表达量变化,鉴定萌发期和苗期抗旱能力的差异。最后采用随机区组设计,对大豆的产量性状进行鉴定。结果表明,在干旱条件下,转基因大豆叶片中BADH基因表达量较高。萌发期转基因大豆发芽指数比非转基因大豆提高了2.5%-16%,活力指数提高了0.5%-6%,与非转基因大豆的差异达到了显著水平。苗期转基因大豆中的脯氨酸含量比非转基因大豆增加9.9%-16.5%,POD活性比非转基因大豆增加了1.2%-10.5%,干物质重增加14%-49%,而丙二醛含量比非转基因大豆减少0.4%-12%。产量性状鉴定表明,8份转基因大豆材料中有7份增产,增产幅度为1.23%-8.02%;1份减产,减产幅度为0.02%。干旱条件下,转BADH基因大豆具有较强的耐旱性。Eight varieties of transgenic soybean lines( transformed BADH gene) were selected to analyze the difference of drought resistance ability between the transfer and non- GM soybean. After the materials treated with drought stress,the changes of BADH gene expression in soybean leaves were observed and their difference of drought resistance,ability during seed germination and seedling stage were studied. The soybean yield traits were investiagted in randomized block design. The results showed that under drought conditions,transgenic soybean leaves had higher BADH gene expression. Germination index of transgenic soybean increased 2. 5%- 16% than non- genetically modified soybeans during seed germination,and the vigor index increased by 0. 5% to 6%. The transgenic soybean proline content increased 9. 9%- 16. 5%,POD increased 1. 2%- 10. 5%,dry weight increased 14%-49% than those of non- GM soybean,while MDA content decreased 0. 4%- 12% than that of non- GM soybeans. Compared with non- GM soybean,7 transgenic soybean had increased yield of 1. 23%- 8. 02%,one with a 0. 02% decrease yield. The result showed that under drought conditions,BADH modified soybeans has stronger drought resistance.
