秦油2号的育成及其在我国杂交油菜科研和生产中的地位和作用

摘　　要：概述了秦油2号的选育方法及创造的优良三系种质基因,详细介绍了杂交油菜的亲本繁育技术、杂交制种技术、纯度鉴定技术、杂种栽培技术,解析了在推广应用方面采取的科研生产联合,实施"育、繁、推一体化,产、供、销一条龙"的运作机制。品种秦油2号从选育到推广技术,在建立我国杂交油菜的科学研究体系方面,完成了最基本的技术框架和主要内容。Breeding of hybrid rapeseed cultivar Qinyou 2 was reviewed. Its successful application had a profound impact in China and abroad. This paper summarized the breeding methods on Qinyou 2 and its three- line germplasm gene application on cytoplasm male sterile system. It introduced the technology of parental breeding,hybrid rapeseed production,purity identification,and hybrid cultivation. The operation system advocated by author combined breeding,reproduction and marketing for better use,and became a framework and basic technique in establishing hybrid rapeseed system in China.
