企业标准件和通用件管理方法的研究

摘　　要：结合企业实践,从通用件和标准件编码规则定义、工具软件应用、标准件引用与管控等方面介绍了通用件和标准件管理方法.给出了利用PDM系统固化标准件和通用件的管理流程,以及产品标准化率的计算方法.通过管理措施改善和软件系统的综合应用,示范企业在产品模块化设计和标准化管理方面获得了显著效果,其订单产品的零部件通用化程度超过了70%.The management system of standard parts and common components is the foundation of the module design,which has important impacts on improving the standardized rate,reducing production cost and improving the quality of product.Based on a project,this paper introduces the methods of managing enterprise parts and common components,including the coding rules of parts,parts reference of standards parts in application tools and application workflow for standard parts in PDM system.Furthermore,the calculating method of standard rate is given in this paper.Management rules combining with PDM system and remarkable result have been obtained in practice.
