摘 要:针对现有液压激振装置利用液压阀的阻尼效应来控制振动存在理论能效非常低的问题,提出了一种基于变惯量飞轮振摆的液压激振方法。将振体与作动缸活塞杆连接,液压马达传动轴与变量飞轮连接,作动缸与液压马达结成闭式液压回路。振体振动时带动作动缸输出交变压力油,驱动液压马达和飞轮振摆。由于飞轮的转动惯量能按照振体的运动相位指令变化,故在振摆过程中飞轮和振体之间能形成动量循环,并藉此强化振动。这种动量循环激振没有节流损失,节能效果明显。构建了液压激振系统的数学模型,并对其动力学性能进行了理论分析和Matlab仿真验证。结果表明,变量飞轮激振效果与作动缸工作面积、液压马达排量及飞轮惯量调节系数等结构参数有关,在适当条件下激振效果明显。A new hydro-vibration method based on the swing of a variable inertia flywheel is proposed to enhance the efficiency added by the damping effect of the hydro-valve.The vibrator is connected to the actuator through its piston rod,and the hydro-motor is connected to the flywheel through its shaft.Thanks to a hydraulic transmission circuit consisting of the actuator and hydro-motor the motor with the flywheel is driven to swing when the actuator pumps alternating pressure oil with the vibration.Thus,the rotational inertia of the flywheel changes with the motion phase of the vibrator,and the vibration intensifies with the momentum cycling in the system.This method helps save energy without throttling loss which often exits in hydro-valve based method.Theoretical analysis and Matlab simulation show that the vibration effect is related to structural parameters such as working area of the actuator,displacement of the hydromotor and adjustment coefficient of the flywheel.
