银转炉天然气燃烧器控制系统改造

摘　　要：针对银转炉的天然气燃烧器实践应用中的不足和缺陷,对控制系统进行升级改造。本控制系统由西门子LMV51系列程序控制器、SQM伺服执行器等组成,通过Canbus总线进行控制。现场外围控制由触摸屏和PLC组成。现场工况通过Profibus DP总线传送到厂中控系统中进行实时监控。通过改造控制系统,银转炉达到了安全、节能、管控一体化的要求。Aimming at the insufficient and defect of the gas burner of the converter for silver,upgrading of control system has been accomplished.This control system consists of SIEMENS LMV51 series program controller,SQM servo actuator and etc.The system is controlled by CANBUS profibus.The peripheral control system consists of touch screen and PLC.The working site is real-time monitored by DP profibus.The messages could be sent to the center control system through the profibus.Through the technical reformation,the system could be safe,energy saving and integration of management and control.
