摘　　要：经过长期生产实践的探索,成功地解决了鼓风炉汽化冷却系统常见事故成为制约生产的技术"瓶颈"。通过分析常见事故影响因素及危害,提出了针对性的处理及其控制措施,可保证系统的长期稳定顺行,达到安全高效、节能降耗、优质高产、提高经济效益之目的。Through exploration of production practice,the paper solves the common accident of vaporization cooling system of blast furnace which is restricting production technology bottleneck.Through the analysis of common accident＇s influence and harm to the system,the paper puts forward the corresponding processing and its control measures,this can ensure long-term stable operation of the system,it can achieve safe and high efficiency,high quality and high yield,save energy and reduce consumption,improve the economic benefit.
