摘 要:铁路隧道的震害因地震等级、震源远近、隧道自身结构形式的不同而不同,故灾后损失的评估方法比较关键,以便能及时作出灾后响应决策。从铁路隧道结构构造的角度,分析对比了多种评估灾后损失的方法。最后得出,分层加权综合评估法能够对铁路隧道地震灾害损失进行定性与定量的评估,该法既充分考虑了铁路隧道结构构造的层次性,又能充分体现各种结构构造部分的轻重程度,为震后职能部门快速、准确地作出灾害响应提供了有力保障。The seismic damage of railway tunnel is different for different earthquake magnitudes,source distances and structural forms of railway tunnel itself. Therefore,the method for evaluation of post- earthquake damage is of great importance for making past- earthquake response decision. In this paper,from the view of the railway tunnel structure,several post- earthquake loss evaluation methods were analyzed and compared,and the conclusion were made that the hierarchical weighted comprehensive assessment method can evaluate the railway tunnel earthquake disaster loss qualitatively and quantitatively,in which the hierarchy of railway tunnel structure and the importance of all structure parts were adequately considered in this method. Thus,this method provides a powerful guarantee for the functional department to make disaster response decisions rapidly and accurately.
