权力让渡与资源获取:私立南开大学国立化进程中的“府学关系”

摘　　要：私立南开大学在其国立化进程中,围绕办学自主权与资源获取,与国民政府展开博弈。一方面,张伯苓顺应形势,迎合蒋介石的拉拢,积极参与政治;迎合政府教育政策,积极调整办学理念。另一方面,针对办学自主权,张伯苓亦有坚持的一面,即坚持南开大学的私立属性。私立南开大学的国立化进程,实际上是国民政府通过办学资源的分配逐渐控制、消解私立大学办学自主权的过程。During the nationalization of the private Nankai University,it launched the interactive games with the government on the university-running autonomy and resources acquisition.On the one hand,Zhang Boling captured the trend and catered to Chiang Kai-shek and took an active part in politics including capturing the education policy of the government and positively adjusting the educational philosophy;on the other hand,with regard to the university-running autonomy,Zhang Boling still stuck to his own idea which was being private.The nationalization of private Nankai University was also the process of gradually controlling and dispelling the university-running autonomy by allocating the education resources.
