摘  要:分别采用3个水平的种植密度和留叶数的栽培措施,探索重庆市巫山云烟97株型特征和对其产质量的影响.结果表明,种植密度13500株/hm^2还原糖、烟碱、氮、氯质量分数均在适宜范围,但产量和产值最低,上等烟率较低;种植密度16 500株/hm^2中部叶叶绿素值最高,产量和产值较高,其中留叶数18片,产值产量最高,糖碱比、氮碱比和钾氯比较适宜,移栽后75~90d,株型表现为鼓-筒型;种植密度19500株/hm^2产量和产值最高,留叶数18片表现最好,上、中等烟率均达到最大值,糖碱比、氮碱比和钾氯比均在适宜范围,株型表现为台-筒型.A field experiment with two factors(plant density and number of retained leaves),each at 3 levels,was carried out to understand their influences on the plant type characteristics and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco cv.Yunyan 97 in Wushan,Chongqing.In the plant density treatment with 13500 plants/hm^2,the contents of reducing sugars,nicotine,nitrogen and chlorine of the tobacco leaves remained in the proper ranges,but the yield and output value were low and the rate of first-grade tobacco leaves was not satisfactory.In the plant density treatment with 16500 plants/hm^2,the leaves in the middle position of the plants had the highest chlorophyll content and satisfactory yield and output value.The plants with 18 retained leaves gave the highest yield and output and their sugar:nicotine ratio,nitrogen:alkali ratio and potassium:chlorine ratio were in proper ranges.The plant type was of the drum-piping type 75 to 90 days after transplanting.The plant density treatment of 19500 plants/hm^2 gave the highest yield and output value.The plants with 18 retained leaves performed best:they had the highest rate of first-and middle-grade tobacco leaves and their sugar:nicotine ratio,nitrogen:alkali ratio and potassium:chlorine ratio were in proper ranges.They exhibited a deck-piping plant type.
