摘  要:以半夏为材料,研究叶面喷施不同浓度的脯氨酸(Pro)对高温胁迫下半夏的抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛质量分数、光合作用参数及叶绿素荧光参数的影响.试验结果显示:与对照相比,喷施3 mmol/L,5 mmol/L的脯氨酸显著提高了半夏叶片抗氧化酶(SOD,POD,CAT,APX)的活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)质量分数;同时,半夏的光合参数(Pn,Gs,Tr)及叶绿素荧光参数(Fv/Fm,ETR,Yield,qP)均较对照显著升高,而Ci,NPQ均有所降低.高浓度脯氨酸(≥7mmol/L)处理反而减弱或者抑制了缓解作用.说明适宜浓度的外源脯氨酸能够显著提高其抗氧化酶活性,进而提高对活性氧的清除能力,从而有效缓解高温对光合系统的伤害,为提高半夏产量提供理论基础.In order to provide a theoretical basis for improving Pinellia ternatat(Thunb.)Breit production,proline(Pro)at different concentrations was foliar sprayed onto P.ternatat plants under high temperature stress to study its effects on antioxidant enzyme activity,MDAcontent,photosynthesis parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the plants.Compared with the control,foliar spray of proline at 3or 5mmol/L significantly increased the antioxidant enzyme(SOD,POD,CATand APX)activity and decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the leaves,and significantly enhanced the photosynthesis parameters(P,Gand Tr)and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm,ETR,Yield and qP),but reduced Ci and NPQ.However,high concentration of proline(≥7mmol/L)weakened or suppressed such alleviating effects,thus suggesting that exogenous proline at a suitable concentration can significantly increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,improve the ability of free oxygen scavenging and alleviate the damage caused by high temperature to the photosynthetic system.
