替吉奥联合多西他赛化疗致急性间质性肺炎1例报道

摘　　要：患者68岁男性,胃癌姑息性切除术后给予替吉奥联合多西他赛化疗,第2个疗程中出现胸闷憋气、咳白色黏痰,行肺部CT提示间质性肺炎;既往患者无肺部病史,术前及化疗前胸片检查正常;激素治疗后好转。A sixty-eight years old male patient undergoing gastric carcinoma received chemotherapy （tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule combine with docetaxel）. The patient presented with chest distress and coughing up mucous sputum in the second treatment. The chest CT scan revealed acute interstitial pneumonia. The patient had no pulmonary previous medical history. The X-ray examination was normal before surgery and chemotherapy. The X-ray examination was normal before surgery and chemotherapy. The patient＇s condition improved after treatment with glucocorticoid.
