摘  要:利用慢速动电位极化法、Mott-Schottky曲线、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电化学显微镜(ESTM)等方法研究了咪唑啉季铵盐对A3碳钢在含NO2-的NaCl溶液中的点蚀行为。结果表明,咪唑啉季铵盐能对碳钢在NaNO2+NaCl溶液中钝化起到一定的促进作用,降低维钝电流密度;通过吸附于碳钢表面,降低n型半导体钝化膜层内的施主浓度,改善碳钢表面钝化膜的耐蚀性,尽管对稳态点蚀电位影响不大,但如果添加适量,能较明显地促进稳态蚀孔的再钝化,较适宜的咪唑啉季铵盐添加量约为40mg/L。The effect of an imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt on pitting corrosion of Q235 carbon steel in a NaNO2+ NaCl solution was studied by polarization curves,Mott-Schottky curves,XPS and ESTM methods.The results showed that the imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt could accelerate the formation of the passive film on carbon steel surface in a NaNO2 + NaCl solution and decrease the passive current;the imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt absorbed on carbon steel surface could also decrease the donor concentration in passive films and improve the film′s corrosion resistance;though imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt had no obvious influence on pitting potential,it was helpful for repassivation of stable pit with a proper quantity(e.g.40mg/L).
