摘　　要：通过阅读文献和查阅上市公司年报资料,分析污水处理、垃圾处理、收费公路和城市轨道交通四个行业PPP项目的交易结构及盈利模式,总结不同项目为保证项目可行性公私部门间的利益协调措施,为各类PPP项目的推广应用提供参考。Based on the comprehensive literature review and the annual reports of listed companies,analyzes the trade structure and profit model of the four industries of PPP projects,such as the sewage treatment project,the garbage disposal project,the toll road project and the urban rail transit project,summarizes the interest coordinating measures between the public and private sectors in order to ensure the project feasibility. The conclusions could serve as useful references for the popularization and application of PPP financing mode.
