摘　　要：在后金融危机时代的背景下,以建筑工程企业债务风险为研究对象,通过对建筑工程行业上市公司2009~2013年财务数据的分析,指出债务风险的来源包括高负债融资模式、关联方债权债务、应收账款管理和担保,并分析每种债务风险来源的成因,最后针对性地提出规避债务风险的对策。In the background of the post-crisis era,this paper takes debt risk in construction industry as the research object. Through analyzing financial data of construction industry listed companies between 2009 and 2013,points out the debt risk of construction industry including high debt financing models,related party debts,receivables management and guarantee. Then,analyzes the causes of each debt risk source,and puts forward measures to avoid the debt risk.
