摘 要:通过测定电化学阻抗谱和动电位极化曲线,研究了库尔勒土壤模拟溶液的pH对X80钢电化学腐蚀行为的影响,并用光学显微镜观察其腐蚀表面形貌。结果表明:随着模拟溶液pH的增大,X80钢的腐蚀速率呈现逐渐减小的趋势;当模拟溶液为弱酸性时,腐蚀产物膜遭到破坏,X80钢表面腐蚀坑明显;当溶液为碱性时,腐蚀产物膜能够防止金属进一步腐蚀;模拟溶液pH为10.5时,X80钢表面出现了钝化膜,其表面腐蚀现象不明显,只有几个微小的腐蚀坑存在。The effect of pH value on electrochemical corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in simulated Ku′erle soil solution was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and potentiodynamic polarization curve,and the morphology of corrosion surface was observed using optical microscopy.The results show that the corrosion rate of X80 steel presented a gradually decreasing trend with the increase of pH value.When the simulated solution was weakly acidic,product films were destroyed and there were many corrosion pits on the surface of the X80 steel.When the simulated solution was alkaline,corrosion product films protected the metal from corrosion.When the pH value of the simulated solution was 10.5,there were passive films on the surface of the X80 steel,the corrosion phenomenon was not obvious,only a few small corrosion pits existed on the surface.
