摘　　要：以金属热强度为目标函数,采用理论计算对一种新型铝合金散热器的主要结构尺寸进行了优化分析,给出了最优结构尺寸.同时对理论计算的结果与样品检验报告的结果进行了比较,验证了理论计算的可靠性.With metal thermal intensity as objective function,this paper conducts an optimization analysis on the main structure size of a new aluminum alloy radiator using theoretical calculation method,and obtains the optimal structure size.And then the paper compares the result of theoretical calculation with that of sample inspection report,verifying the reliability of theoretical calculation.
