摘　　要：根据天津美术学院图书馆(志成道校区)关于图书超期罚款制度改革的调查,对取消超期罚款的可行性进行了分析,并提出了进一步完善的办法,希望能对减少艺术类院校图书馆图书超期现象有所帮助。according the survey of the reform of book＇s overdue penalty system in the library of Tianjin Fine Arts Institute（Zhicheng Road Camp）, this paper analyzes the feasibility of abolishing the book＇s overdue penalty, and puts forward some methods for the further improvement, hoping it to be useful for reducing the book＇s overdue phenomenon in the libraries of artistic colleges.
